This course emphasizes a holistic approach to well-being, offering practical tips and strategies for self-care, mindfulness, and emotional wellness during the postpartum period. This course was designed to empower you with the information, skills, and confidence you need to embrace the highs and lows of this fragile time with grace and resilience. You will learn about common symptoms in the postpartum period, how to differentiate between baby blues and postpartum depression, breastfeeding basics, ways to connect with your partner, understanding the importance of healing, and great pointers on nutrition and supplements.
